Mario Raden

Mario has a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University and is a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist. During his time in school he spent 6+ years working within a physical therapy/ sports performance clinic. Mario interned as a division 1 strength coach working with football, field hockey, lacrosse, baseball, m/w soccer, men’s golf, & women’s volleyball. He also had the pleasure of being mentored by a USA Track & Field Doctor of Physical Therapy for 3 years. Lastly, Mario spent time with Team USA Volleyball in 2016, and represented their U-21 Men's team where he would go to win the Bronze Medal during the U21 High Performance World Championship.
